News: Development Concept approved by Council

We are thrilled to share that the Jindabyne Lakeside development concept received approval from Snowy Monaro Regional Council in November 2024.

This constitutes an approval to commence Stage 1 of works, being early works, including the removal of pine trees on the land.

Further works including any dwelling construction is subject to further Development Approvals.

The Jindabyne Lakeside team thank Snowy Monaro Regional Council, other major stakeholders and the Jindabyne community for the support we have received. We look forward to bringing this brilliant concept to life.
